4. Order Processing & Payment Confirmation
- Payments must be completed at checkout for an order to be processed.
- Once your payment is successfully received, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

- All transactions are processed in EUR (€) unless otherwise specified.
- Prices displayed include applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) based on your location.

7. Payment Issues & Fraud Prevention
For security reasons, we may flag or hold transactions for manual review. This can happen if:
